The Client is the holder of this rental contract and is responsible for the rented equipment and/or material, which may only be used by the persons designated in the contract itself.
- 2. The Client or user of the bicycle declares to be in perfect health, and to be able to handle and possess sufficient faculties and learning to control the rented equipment and/or material.

The cost of repair or replacement of the bicycle and/or equipment shall be borne by the customer, who must report any damage or malfunction of the same.
- 4. The customer must care for the bicycle and accessories and take precautions against damage, loss or theft. Report any incident to the team immediately. Damage, loss or theft attributable to the customer will be assessed under the contract and the purchased coverage. Any deduction from the deposit must be justified and state the amount; the deposit does not replace the assessment of damages.
- 5. It is the responsibility of the Client and/or his companions and/or persons designated for the use of the rented equipment and/or material, if applicable, to respect the Spanish traffic regulations, and to drive with prudence and respect for pedestrians. It is not authorized to participate in championships or competitions. The bicycle may not be taken off the island without prior authorization from the company. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the organized activities due to adverse weather conditions. Following the Spanish Traffic and Road Safety Law, bicycle drivers or occupants under 16 years of age must always wear a helmet. In general, the company recommends using helmets to all customers/users regardless of age.
- 6. Normal shop hours are 09:00–18:00. For a one-day rental, collection and return take place on that day; collection the previous day is not included. Follow the collection and return dates, times and locations stated in the contract. Hotel delivery requires a rental of at least three days, subject to location and availability, and is not offered on Sundays. Deliveries are scheduled between 10:00 and 13:00 and collections between 13:00 and 16:00. Price and time appear in the confirmation; times are approximate and subject to traffic. You may collect at the shop during opening hours.
- 7. Prepaid bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the rental starts. Between 48 and 24 hours beforehand, a charge of 50% of the booking price applies. No refund is available within the final 24 hours.
- 8. The €100 security deposit is separate from the rental price. Receipt and refund are recorded separately. It is settled after all bicycles and accessories have been returned and checked; any deduction for an incident must state its reason and amount. The price, payments received and outstanding balance appear in your confirmation. Where offered, you may pay a 50% advance or 100% of the rental. The advance is deducted from the total and is separate from the security deposit. The balance is payable as agreed; agencies with credit follow their agreed terms.
- 9. Failure to comply with the delivery time will result in the billing of the same according to the rate, an additional charge equivalent to the daily rental rate will be charged. If the customer returns the rented bicycle before the agreed date, the company reserves the right not to refund the fee paid for the days not used. In case of non-return of the product, the company may take immediate possession of the bicycle in its place, whatever it may be, without the customer having the right to claim.
- 10. Public liability coverage is governed by the applicable policy and is not insurance against bicycle damage or theft. If optional insurance is purchased, its price, limits, exclusions and claims procedure are those in the insurance document provided before purchase. Follow the team’s instructions on guided tours.
- 11. In case of any defect in the bicycle and/or accessories during the rental period, the company will try as far as possible to exchange the bicycle and/or accessories for an equal or similar model, subject to availability.
